Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our grounds and outdoor areas. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Duties: - Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns - Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees - Operate power tools and hand tools to complete groundskeeping tasks - Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas - Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs - Ensure that walkways and parking lots are clean and free of hazards - Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects - Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols Experience: - Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred - Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices - Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in groundskeeping - Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment - Basic understanding of irrigation systems and their maintenance - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently If you are passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces and have experience in groundskeeping or landscaping, we encourage you to apply for this position.
