```Duties```
- Perform general janitorial duties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Refill soap dispensers and paper towel holders
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, porter, commercial cleaning, or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor care machines
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
Note: Candidate must have valid driver’s licenses and reliable transportation. Candidate must be able to pass drug and background check.
