Job Description: Professional Home Cleaning Contractor

Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced house cleaners, maids, and home cleaning professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. As a contractor, you will enjoy schedule freedom while we handle customers, operations, and complaints, allowing you to focus solely on cleaning and maintaining solid reliability and consistency with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality home cleaning services with a customer-first mentality
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Make beds, change linens, and organize living spaces
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
- Follow cleaning schedules and instructions from clients or supervisors
- Maintain great communication skills with both customers and team members
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
Qualifications:
- Must have extensive experience in house cleaning, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Current liability insurance on automobile, and reliable automobile.
- Ability to pass criminal background check.
- Ability to pass motor vehicle records check.
- Ability to pass drug screening.
- Availability for alternating weekends as needed.

- Professional house cleaning experience.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Familiarity with sanitizing practices.
