Position: Office Manager

Location: 

Hourly Rate: $17 per hour

Responsibilities:

-Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.

-Assist with Hiring processing and employee scheduling.

-Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.

-Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

-Maintain a clean and organized environment.

-Provide general administrative support to management as required.

Requirements:

-Previous experience in an office management or administrative role preferred.

-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

-High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
