Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 1099 Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our energy solutions, and closing sales to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' energy needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the energy or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (friendly, personable, positive personality)
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
