Clean View Auto Wash is Hiring a Member Service and Sales Rep Near Clinton Township, MI
Job Description - Member Service and Sales Rep (make up to $19/hr)
Reports to: General Manager
Key Roles and Accountability:
- Greet cars with a positive attitude to meet company new memberships goals, displaying the Clean View standards and enter passes into POS
- Oversee, monitor, and help educate preppers in completing their duties when running a shift.
- Provide Customer Service by answering questions and giving info.
- Provide leadership by example, communicating and/or solving problems, supporting policy and process.
- Ensuring wash functionality/avoiding problems
Duties
- Sell wash memberships to help the wash meet its goals while maintaining an assigned closing percentage.
- Greet all customers at all times with a smile and a positive attitude
- Oversee wash attendant duties and guide, instruct or coach to meet expectations
- Report any poor performance or insubordination to the GM
- Open/Close the wash when scheduled by following Jolt Process
- Be out front in the Kiosk and “Greet” customers as they arrive. Make sure you are there before they are.
- Follow the company membership script when explaining membership to customers
- Always make the customer feel welcome if they buy a membership or not.
- Help with a lot, tunnel cleaning, and maintenance
- Answer phone as needed
- Educating customers on the benefits and value of membership (Sell with integrity)
- Working retail hours (weekends and evenings)
- Working in outside environments during all seasons
- Always have fun and make it a friendly environment!
Desired Skills and Experience
- Sales and customers service experience in a retail environment
- Experience supervising others or a team leader is plus
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to shovel as needed
- Able to communicate instructions effectively that others will follow
- Self-directed and can work on their own initiative.
Compensation
Make up to $19/hr.
Training Salary: $13.00 Commission: $0 during first 30 days
After 60 days and training complete: $15.00 commission

Health Care coverage includes Dental, vision (optional) after 30 days of employment
