CLEAN SWEEP is looking for a Cleaning Technician. The primary function of the Cleaning Technician is to perform general cleaning tasks to meet the client’s cleaning requirements. The Cleaning Technician will work with the production team to ensure that the work order is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work orders are completed by the work order deadline
• Complete work orders accurately for each client
• Be available for follow up calls to provide satisfaction guarantee
• Report any maintenance issues or problems to management
• Maintain orderly cleaning supplies and tools in your working environment
• Perform cleaning tasks such as those listed below
• Perform tasks in accordance with company standards and guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by management

Tasks (Residential & Commercial)

• Clean and sanitize kitchens, restrooms, and other common areas
• Dust and wipe down walls, surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Clean light switches, outlets and baseboards
• Clean doors, door handles and door jams
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly

Skills & Qualifications

• Must be able to pass drug test and background check
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience (residential and/or commercial) cleaning required
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
