Job Summary:
Clean & Serene is growing rapidly and looking for an individual, who loves to help people, to grow with the company.
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various homes. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will contribute to creating a clean and safe environment for our clients
The candidate would be a person who
-Demonstrates honesty, integrity and a hard work ethic
-Is reliable, friendly and detailed oriented
-Has reliable transportation & valid drivers license
Requirements
-Must be able to perform basic cleaning duties( dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and other hot spots, scrubbing,etc)
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of duties
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients
Please note that this position may require standing for extended periods of time and lifting/moving objects.
