Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc. is Hiring a Warehouse (2nd Shift) Near Dolton, IL

Clean Harbors in Denton, TX is looking to add a Facility Technician to its established team. The Facility Technician will be responsible for warehouse and yard duties such as drum movement, drum opening, tank farm truck loading/unloading as well as forklift operation. Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply – we will train.

Schedule: 5am-3pm First shift or 10am-8pm Second shift; need to have flexibility to work either; OT and weekends as needed

Job Details:

Pay: $18.50
Mon - Fri.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Perform hands-on operations such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations and offloading vans.
Perform drum storage, repacks, and use of drum scanner.
Operate a forklift when needed.
Complete required paperwork for waste tracking.
Wearing of proper personal protective equipment for extended periods of time, including full-face respirator and hazmat/Tyvek suit.
Other duties as assigned.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated stability in previous employment.
Ability to work a rotating shift as needed.
Ability to work in adverse conditions.
Forklift experience preferred.
