Clean Green Textile Services LLC is Hiring an Office Adminstrator Near Bellmawr, NJ

JOB SUMMARY

Employees must possess the ability to work as part of a team in a diversely populated warehouse environment. Employees should establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all employees, customers, and vendors. Employees are required to maintain professionalism through actions as well as appearance.

Office Assistant, under the direction of the HR/Office Manager, will perform a range of basic office support activities for the Management team.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Provide continuous administrative support to staff and management team.
  • Communicate professionally with all levels of staff and management.
  • Clerical tasks such as typing, faxing, and sorting, filing mail, invoices, and documents, etc.
  • Organizing and managing electronic and paper documents and files.
  • Prepares letters, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
  • Recognize, retain, and preserve confidential information.
  • Answer phones, direct calls, take, and deliver messages.
  • Contact applicants and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Other duties as deemed necessary by the management team, to ensure successful daily operations of the company.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to perform the task normally associated with the position including but not limited to, sitting for extended periods of time, standing, pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting items up to 25 lbs., for the duration of shift.


HOURS

Single Source Plus is open 365 days a year, including holidays and weekends. Hours of operation range from 5:00am to 8:00pm. The office assistant position is a part-time non-exempt position. The normal part-time work week is 15 to 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The needs of the company may impact schedules.


REQUIREMENTS:

Legal authorization to work in the United States

Must be 18 years or older.

Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.

Proficient with Google Docs, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Calendar

Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English.

Must be able to communicate in Spanish.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment


BENEFITS:

Clean Green Textile Services doing business as Single Source Plus offers a competitive compensation package for eligible Full-Time employees, including health, dental, vision, 401K with employer matching and paid time off. (All employees are eligible to utilize accrued NJ Sick time after 90 days of service). All employees are paid bi-weekly.
