Clean Energy is Hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator Near Allentown, PA

Summary
Manage the supply of products for assigned Area(s) by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform the following warehouse activities to support the respective assigned region:
  • Receiving material
  • Handle and proper storage of material
  • Picking and shipping of material
Ensure all transactions are handled systematically, timely and accurate.
Perform inventory cycle counts for the warehouse and other locations including storage locations, regional vehicle inventory, etc.
Ensure standard operating procedures for the assigned warehouse This includes layout, receiving, storing, shipping equipment and parts. These also covers vendor managed inventory, vehicle inventory, HAL locations, and other storage facilities being managed by the Supply Chain team.
Plan layout of warehouse/s and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight and related factors of items stored.
Investigate count discrepancies, adjust errors, and reconcile report discrepancies and problems.
Ensure warehouse is in order. Create, run, sort, interpret and analyze monthly reports.
Support any Supply Chain activities required by local Operations Field personnel.
Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for process flows within Supply Chain.
Assist employees, vendors, clients and or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures and services.
Run ad hoc reports and analysis as needed to support supply chain and other stakeholders. Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent, 0-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically, Word and Excel.
Experience with ERP systems a plus.
