Job Description:
This is a hybrid role in King of Prussia, PA.
The Inside Sales Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The individuals in the role must be comfortable discovering new opportunities through the phone or email, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
This position is designed to develop people to grow within the company as an outside side rep, account manager, manager, etc.

This position is designed to develop people to grow within the company as an outside sales rep, account manager, manager etc.
Competitive salary plus commissions. 14 days of PTO during your first year plus 10 paid holidays.

Qualifications
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
  • Directly source new sales opportunities through inbound leads. Follow-up leads through inbound website leads, inbound calls, customer referrals, and construction site databases. Business is booming and we need more people to follow up on current and incoming leads.
  • Make outbound cold calls and send emails to prospective business partners.
  • Obtain detailed information on customer needs and requirements.
  • Work closely with channel partners to maintain, grow, and share best practices.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Work within the CRM system to turn generation leads into business partners.
Basic Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors’ degree.
  • 1 year(s) of sales experience.
  • Outgoing, self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 years of proven inside sales experience.
  • If no inside sales experience, ability to demonstrate customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Strong work ethic and coachable attitude.
