Overview:

As a crew member at Clean Cuts Lawn Care, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the landscapes of our residential and commercial clients. You will work closely with our team to deliver top-notch lawn care and softscape services, ensuring that each property receives the attention it deserves.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn care maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging and trimming.
• Perform softscape tasks such as planting, weeding, mulching and pruning.
• Operate equipment and machinery according to safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Work diligently to ensure lawns are groomed to the highest standards, paying close attention to detail.
• Lift and carry heavy objects, up to and exceeding 50 pounds, as necessary to complete tasks.
• Work in various weather conditions, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
• Maintain a consistent work schedule, adhering to assigned shifts and demonstrating excellent attendance.
• Uphold a strong work ethic and contribute positively to the team environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including passing required drug tests and criminal background checks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lawn care maintenance preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Possess a valid NC driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work 10 to 12-hour shifts as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to pass drug tests and criminal background checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
