We are looking for detailed oriented Cold Kitchen Manager that would have the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of plating procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including plating, labeling, managing recipe updates and build to's, cold kitchen maintenance and repair, team management, recruiting, hiring, termination and retention of team members, financial accountability, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer.
