About Clean Bees

In business since 2001, we clean for families and small businesses in the Fort Collins, Timnath, and Windsor areas specializing in the most thorough and comprehensive cleanings that are customized to each unique client. We are obsessed with providing an outstanding cleaning experience! We have mastered the art of homekeeping through investing in & training staff and building systems that support our team in our mission. Together we make the world a more clean & tidy place!

We have openings for 2 positions! About the Jobs:

1. Our Homekeepers work together in teams (i.e. with their work besties) following a tried & true routine to clean & tidy 2-3 accounts per day – working a schedule designed by them. Between great training, Clean Bees’ Methods & systems, and a team of experts in the office they have all the support they need at work. Thanks to our Homekeepers’ attention to detail & dedication to excellence, our clients come home to a bee-utifully clean space.

2. Our Training Team is a collection of our most skilled cleaners who exemplify the Clean Bees Standard better than any other and can rock out the 4 Bees Routine flawlessly. They not only exhibit the core characteristics and maintain the responsibilities of a Homekeeper for Clean Bees, but are also responsible for developing our New Bees by way of teaching, modeling, and checking in the field. They are true Clean Bees Brand Ambassadors – an extension of the office in the field. They work closely with and report to the Lead Trainer and the Onboarding Manager.

Flexible Schedule

• Full time - 40-ish hours a week, pick any 5 days Monday - Saturday 8 am - 5 pm
• Part time - 32 hours a week, pick any 4 days Monday - Saturday 8 am - 5 pm
• Part time (for students) - 15 - 20 hours a week, nights and weekend schedule available for the right candidate *and only after training*

Exceptional Training

• 20-day apprenticeship style training program designed to teach you technical cleaning skills, excellent customer service skills, as well as a tried & true field working routine

Killer Pay Structure

**Homekeepers:

• Training wage, $16-17/hr DOE
• Out of training: Eligible for slight increase in hrly wage PLUS tips/bonuses, adding $1-3/hr to base wage depending on performance. After 75-90 days average earning potential is between$17.50-$21/hr.
• Paid for drive time between jobs, meetings, & office stop bys

**Trainer/Team Leads:

• Can earn between $20-26/hr once fully trained (hrly wage PLUS tips/bonuses)
