Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in residential and short term rental settings. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Duties: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Launder and fold linens as needed - Perform carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques - Maintain floor surfaces through regular mopping, waxing, and polishing - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines -
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns or requests Requirements: - Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and techniques - Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, and proper use of chemicals - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, other related duties as assigned.
