Our opportunity in Louisville is as a General Manager - we need someone who loves organizing, incentivizing and managing team members and clients, as well as getting their hands in on the day-to-day work. Every day will be different. You'll be outside using electric equipment and chemical-free fertilizers. You'll be providing lots of different services and interacting with our amazing customers. You'll be maintaining the equipment, managing the shop, managing seasonal planning and developing the crew as we grow. This isn't a "put your head down and just get it done" position. This is a get in there with all your heart and mind kind of thing that is a rare opportunity for the right person.

The "right" person does either have an applicator's license (preferred) or is willing to do what it takes to get one

Preferred qualifications
- Strong background in landscape maintenance, landscaping, and supervising experience
- Proficiency in lawn care, tree care, groundskeeping, irrigation, gardening, and horticulture
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a team
- Experience in maintenance tasks related to landscaping and groundskeeping
- Applicator's license/willingness to procure an applicator's license
