Policy On Taking Truck Home

Job Summary

• Company Driver (W2, Solo)
• Dry Van and Refrigerated
• $1,500 total weekly avg. pay
• $0.57 - $0.62 CPM
• 2,700 - 3,000 avg. miles per week
• $1,000 sign on bonus
• 5% Driver Load / Unload
• Uniforms required
• No slip seating

Home Time

• 14 - 28 expected days out
• Get 6 days of home time for every 28 days worked
• No guaranteed weekends home

Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
• Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
• Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

Hiring Requirements

• Class A license without any of the following restrictions : (O) No Semi Trailer or (M) Medical Variance
• Must have (N) Tank Vehicles endorsement at time of hire
• 2 years OTR experience
