A Long Term Skilled Facility in Ripley, Tennessee is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home
We are searching for a dynamic Nursing Home Administrator who is a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to improve the lives of the residents and employees every day.
As a team member we require that you be a Georgia Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with operations and financial competence and a strong record of successful surveys.

Requirements
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage exempt and non-exempt personnel who supervise the team members with the facility.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all team members. Carry out
supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing
work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and
resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Must meet all local health regulations and pass post-employment physical exam if required. The
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable
accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Successfully completed at least 64 college credit hours AND 2 years of supervisory experience in
long term care.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or combination of education and experience
preferred.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven history of successful surveys and customer satisfaction.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
• Active licensed nursing home administrator in good standing.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• Ability to multi-task while being detail-oriented.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Experience with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
