Summary:

The Customer Interface Executive will spearhead initiatives to foster strong customer relationships and enhance engagement with our engineering solutions. This role involves leading a diverse team and overseeing project management to ensure the timely delivery of engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Lead a diverse team across Sales, Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality Control departments.
• Customer Relations: Foster strong customer relationships and enhance engagement with our engineering solutions.
• Project Oversight: Oversee project management and ensure timely delivery of engineering projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of management experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong background in Technical Engineering, proficient in offshore operations and offshore equipment.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Offshore Suction Pile and Vent Caps is advantageous.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Project Management: Proven skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Personal Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, a positive, team-oriented attitude, high integrity, honesty, and personal values.
• Learning and Adaptation: Quick to learn with a keen interest in professional growth.

Education:

• Engineering Degree: Preferred in a related field.
