E-commerce merchandising is a strategic approach to presenting and promoting products in an online store to drive sales. Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively track down answers and resources to complete projects
• Self-motivated, with a drive to work independently and desire to improve upon existing processes
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe suite
• Bachelor's Degree with a degree in a business-related field a plus
• 1-2 years of work experience
• Industry Experience a plus

Responsibilities

• The eCommerce Merchandiser is responsible for partnering with the account management team and other cross-functional partners to create unique and exciting product offerings for current and potential customers. The merchandiser will display these offerings in PDF presentations for B2B customers before adding them to the customer's personalized website.

Fundamental Duties

• Take requests made by the account management team, business development, and occasionally directly with customers to find new, creative products across multiple vendors to present. Part of this process will be determining the company's net cost along with customer selling price using internal pricing tools. You will also mockup product assortments with customer logos or work with art to do so.
• Work with our suppliers to find product offerings and determine stock and costs.
• Product development and update existing products.
• Manage and review online merchandise presentation to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing and site placement are accurate and meet brand standards
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure promotional readiness, inventory availability, etc.
• Work with vendors to gather relevant product content and costs
• Continuous product presentation improvements, including short and long descriptions, key features, etc.
• Analyze data to optimize the customer experience and make suggestions/take action to improve the site experience
• Drive website improvements and optimizations using analytics and data insights from various sources.
• Collaborate in crafting and launching product-specific landing pages, promotional banners, and content for new releases, seasonal events, and marketing campaigns.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
