Objectives and Requirements
Reports to : Quality Assurance Manager
General Expectations :
Support the overall quality of our product by providing world class feedback to our production team; identifying, communicating and following up on areas of opportunity.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Conduct audits of our homes in the designated areas (Gateways). Document findings during the audit using available technology. Communicate to management team via radio when audit is complete, document notification times. Follow-up on completion of audit findings, document completion times to generate overall response times. Attend production meetings and communicate overall status of program in your area (Gateway). Any additional duties or special projects as requested by the Quality Assurance Manager.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required :
Exceptional communication / people skills. Team player. Strong attention to detail. Dependable with an excellent attendance record. Demonstrate sound judgement in all interactions at all levels within the facility. Demonstrate honesty in all situations to cultivate an environment of trust. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of our quality standards and expectations. Demonstrate a continuous willingness to learn and grow.
Education and Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED. Demonstrate a positive influence and optimistic demeanor. Dependable with a credible attendance record. Computer skills; Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
