JOB DECRIPTION
You must have carpentry experience. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools. Trim carpentry is a plus. Will be working in our shop to build patio doors. We supply dealers in 5 states with residential doors. We assemble them in our shop and make them in a “Just in Time” production system so they are made to be delivered on the next truck.

Responsibilities
- Read and comprehend instructions and follow procedures.
- Take measurements to ensure fit of components
- Align material and put together parts to build residential door units
- Check doors to ensure highest quality
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Keep records of production quantities and time
- Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts
Hours are M-F 7am-4pm. Overtime is a must and we will work till 5pm through the week and from 7am-12pm on Saturdays as needed.
Requirements
- Carpentry skills and knowledge
- Ability in using power tools, hand tools and saws
- Good understanding of quality control principles
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 100 lbs at times.
