North Country Orthopaedic Group is looking for an Advanced Practitioner in Endocrinology to join our team. 

Pay Range: $119,131-$165,000

Position Highlights: 

• Ability to manage patients with Type I and Type II diabetes
• The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Daily patient volume is 18-20 with an average age of 18-65
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments on patients
• Perform physical examinations and record medical histories
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Prescribe medications and other treatments
• Provide counseling and education to patients on health promotion and disease prevention
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

Requirements:

• Eligible for NYS License as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• 3 years of experience preferred
