Description We're hiring both part-time (3-5 days/week: 3-5 hrs./day), and full-time (4-5 days/week: 5-8 hrs./day) professional Real Estate Marketing Administrative Assistant(s).
You'll be providing extraordinary and unique marketing services, via both online social media (featuring both photos & videography), various high-level marketing programs as well as direct mail, and promoting our company's real estate services via various software programs.
Training is available if needed. Utilize the new knowledge acquired by training in our systems to help develop additional creative ads and post on various internet sites as well as on direct mail pieces.
You would also be handling front office duties and serve as a first point of contact with customers. Responsibilities include answering some phone calls and emails and supporting the team as needed. If you're qualified (or think you may be qualified) for this position, send us your resume today!
