Classic Collision Corporate Services LLC is Hiring a Procurement Analyst Near Atlanta, GA

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES/JOB SUMMARY

The Procurement Analyst will be primarily responsible for the tracking and reporting of established national programs in all areas at the local level. The Analyst will work closely with Field Operations, Integrations and assigned vendors to drive service levels, monitor contract and program usage and manage investments.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES/JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Create and maintain reports tracking and illustrating usage of national programs, realized and expected savings and discounts, net spend and other reports as needed.
  • Track and report on a regular basis all national account agreements to ensure proper rebates, credits and other discount programs are properly executed and paid.
  • Identify problems within the procurement process, perform root cause analysis and drive cross-collaboration to create and implement solutions.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Act as a conduit between the company and suppliers.
  • Perform project management skills.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience working in a procurement department in a related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work overtime as required. This is a salaried position which may require occasional after-hours or weekend work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
  • Knowledge of the collision industry very strongly desired.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as corporate contracts, lease documents, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with both internal and external parties.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

  • Advanced skills with respect to statistics, ratios, percentages, and interpretation of data.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to prepare and interpret graphs and statistics.

REASONING ABILITY

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • None, however ASE, I-CAR or other industry-specific certifications are a plus.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Intermediate Computer Skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams).
  • NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Experience with CCC1 Estimation software preferred.
