```Duties``` - Perform carpentry tasks such as metal stud framing, roof repairs, and frame carpentry. - Assemble and install structures and fixtures, including doors, windows, and cabinets. - Assist with water damage restoration and repair work. - Complete general maintenance person tasks as needed. - Conduct caulking and construction painting as required. ```Qualifications``` - Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in a construction setting. - Proficiency in using power tools and other carpentry equipment. - Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. - Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina. - Attention to detail and precision in completing tasks. - Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
