Classic Cleaners has been dedicated to providing the highest quality, full service dry cleaning and laundry services in Central Indiana for over 30 years! We are seeking a friendly person with a great driving record and excellent organization skills to join our growing team here at Classic Cleaners.

Drivers serve as the first point of contact in the field and we are looking for candidates who can safely and efficiently pickup and deliver customer orders. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and present a knowledgeable and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Safely operate and maintain a commercial step van along an established route (No CDL required).
• Following a daily route, you will pickup and deliver orders for customers in a timely manner.
• Possess a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods and can clearly communicate these to customers.
• Grow your route with provided leads and by sourcing new clients.
• Build strong relationships with the clients you service to ensure high customer loyalty.
• Monitor customer feedback and handle customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Take responsibility for your personal safety and watch out for the safety of others.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Indiana Driver's License with excellent driving record
• Must be able to work in inclement weather
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Exit and enter vehicle frequently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (ability to speak, read, and write English)
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and think quickly to identify/solve customer concerns
