Requirements
As a Master Craftsman, what's most important to us is a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.
- 10 years of remodeling, handyman, or residential construction experience
- Ability to perform carpentry, tiling, drywall work, light plumbing & electrical, and door / window installation
- Previous experience being a mentor and leader to less experienced Craftsmen
- Must live within 10 miles of Elgin, IL
- Own set of standard hand and power tools
- Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
