• Pay based on experience with drivers with 6 months experience starting at .50CPM and stop pay of $12/Store with 6-15 stops. Top drivers earn $1700-$1860/WK with average driver in the fleet earning $1550/WK. All miles paid loaded and empty

• No more than 3 moving violations (in CMV or PMV) in the last three years with the notice that you may not have more than one in the last 12 months and no more than 2 over two years

• All DUIs (in PMV ONLY) must be three years old

• Any of the following are automatic DQ: Reckless, 15 , Following too close, texting or talking with handheld.

• No DOT Recordable Preventable that was a rear-end, jack knife, caused fatality, roll over and may not have any preventables with major traffic violations.
