Class A Regional drivers run regional flatbed - home on weekends.
Do not need flatbed experience will train AS LONG AS YOU HAVE 6 MONTHS VERIFIABLE CLASS A OTR OR REGIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE LAST THREE YEARS IN DRY VAN, TANKER, REEFER. Those with FB experienced are hired as experienced FB drivers. .
Starting pay is .59-.65CPM with safety bonus of $.04CPM every month.
Drivers average weekly pay is $1350-$1625/WK with $1000 orientation pay which is paid on first check after dispatch
Benefits start on the 1st of the month following thirty days. Company pays for drivers health insurance premiums and cost on basic plan for family is $81/WK. Benefits include PTO, 401K, company paid vision and dental.
Currently only taking drivers from GA, SC, NC, VA, DE, MD, Washington DC and in Pennsylvania as long as you live within 50 miles of Harrisburg, Allentown, Scranton and Philadelphia ONLY. WILL NOT HIRE OUT OF NJ OR NY.
30% of loads are drop n hook and 50% tarping.
Primary items being hauled are Equipment, Pipes, Lumbar, Coils, Cable Reels, Fire Hydrants, Transformers, Truck Bodies, Boom Lifts
Trucks are 579 Peterbilts with the average age of truck is 2 years old. All Trucks come with fridges, APUs and Inverters
Automatic and 10 speed - will take auto restriction.
Riders and pets are allowed from Day One.
Requirements
Drivers must have either 6 months OTR/Regional Flatbed in the last three years OR 1 year OTR/Regional of other trailer in last three years. Will be trained on FB if have one year OTR/Regional but no FB experience.
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 18 months
None can be serious - careless, over 15 etc
No DOT Preventable Accidents in the last three years
No more than three preventable incidents or accidents in the last 3 years (Non DOT)
No more than 9 jobs in the last 3 years
May have only one DUI in your lifetime (in personal vehicle never in CMV-currently not taking SAP) and it must be outside of 5 years
