Class A drivers with 3 months experience run regional dedicated account that gets you home weekly with a guarantee minimum of $2000/WK (that is a guarantee of $104,000/Yr)-Fleet average is $2000-$2200 per week with top drivers earning $2300 /WK

• Drivers starting pay is .50-.62CPM with unload pay of $235
• Home weekly for 34 hour reset-almost always on weekends only time not is when HOS gets in the way

• This is 100% touch freight as drivers are unloading boxes and placing them on conveyor belts that go to the back of the store where the boxes are taken off conveyor belt by store personnel. Driver ONLY has to put boxes on conveyor belt; there is no putting boxes on shelves, or taking off the conveyor belt

Qualifications:

• 3 Months OTR or Regional in the last 36 months
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 12 months
• Can never have failed or refused a DOT Drug/Alcohol test – no SAP drivers.
• No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years
• No more than two DOT Recordable Preventable in the last 3 years (may NOT have an accident of a U-Turn in CMV in the last 24 months and no fatalities in the last 5 years
• For major moving violations (15 , following too close, reckless/careless) no more than one in the last 12 months
