- Familiarization and knowledge of the entire store layout to assist customers efficiently.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Professionally answering the incoming telephone calls and using the store intercom to direct calls
- Occasional light stocking and cleaning, maintaining a great first impression for customer.
Qualifications
- Applicants must have a basic knowledge of computers (to operate a cash register).
- Basic math skills and ability to count change and complete transactions.
- Stamina to stand for 8 hours or more hours at a time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
