We are Clarke, a privately held public health, global environmental products and services company.

We have a fabulous opportunity available to join our Customer Care team in our spectacular St. Charles Corporate office.

The perfect candidate will be extremely motivated, enjoy working independently as well as with the team and like to find creative solutions to assist with our goal to provide excellent customer service for both our internal and external customers.

Our business hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. We have a casual (yes, that means jeans and t-shirts are welcome!) dress environment.

Expectations of the position:

• Answer incoming calls
• Greet and assist visitors/vendors
• Distribute mail
• Prepare mail for pickup (meter outgoing mail, monitor postage); orders postage and postage meter supplies
• Prepare outgoing FedEx/UPS packages
• Maintain inventory of office/kitchen/building supplies
• Reconcile monthly expenses for the department
• Coordinate meetings: schedule tours, room set up and order lunches
• Coordinate hotel and travel arrangements on occasion
• Prepare reports
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks

Successful Candidates Must have:

• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Outgoing personality and professionalism
• Above average Microsoft office skills
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
