ClarkDietrich is immediately hiring 2nd Shift Manufacturing Team Members to join our Rochelle, IL Team!

The Manufacturing Team Member is a vital part of the ClarkDietrich operation! They are regularly tasked with Machine Operation (including set-up, operating, & adjusting equipment with proper tools / procedures).
The ability & willingness to train others and work in a team environment will ensure success in this role. The Manufacturing Team understands all safety devices and their operation and notifies management if safety devices are malfunctioning or missing prior to machine operation.
This role will perform quality checks, including performing routine maintenance and assisting maintenance personnel as directed.

Manufacturing Team Requirements :
- Must have 1 years of Manufacturing / Warehouse Experience (within any industry)
- Must be willing / able to work 2nd shift (3 : 00-11 : 00 pm Monday-Friday- occasional overtime / weekends)
- Must be Mechanically inclined with ability to problem solve
- Forklift experience / certification a plus!
- Must possess a strong team attitude.
- Must possess basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction)
- Ability to frequently stand (up to 8 hrs. / day), walk, squat, bend, push, lift / move up to 50 lbs.
- Willing & Able to pass a Drug / Background Check
