** Job Title: 2nd Shift Material Handler - $17.50/hr**

This role focuses on accurately and efficiently packing orders for shipment, and is a key part of growing our business and serving the purchasing needs of foodservice professionals worldwide.

**Material Handler Job Responsibilities:**

* Bill and ship completed orders to the customer with provided warehouse software

* Scanning items before packing to ensure that the customer is sent the correct product

* Using packing techniques that allow orders to ship quickly and efficiently

* Making sure that orders packed are secure and able to be shipped to the customer safely

* Safely operating and maintaining warehouse equipment to ensure a safe work environment

* Performing item put-away using RF scanners and warehouse equipment

* Picking items and consolidating orders for local customers

* Cleaning and organizing warehouse/work zone to ensure safety

* Communicating any warehouse/workplace issues or concerns with the Shipping Supervisor

* Performing other duties and tasks not listed as requested by both the Shipping and Outside Assistant Shipping Supervisors

**2nd Shift Hours:**

* Sunday - Thursday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm

* Starting rate is $17.50/hour with the potential to get to $25.00 through raises and developmental programs.

* Potential raise of 0.88 cents every 6 months.

**Skills/Abilities:**

* Must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs

* Must be able to push and pull up to 150lbs

* Must be able to constantly bend, reach, stand, squat, and twist throughout entire shift

* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

* Must have regular and predictable on-site attendance
