Clark Technology, an exciting and rapidly growing software company specializing in creating cutting-edge internal operational software and tools for businesses is seeking a hybrid role of Software Developer / Project Manager.

Position Summary:
Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an individual with strong technical know-how as well as an understanding of how to problem solve in the context of business operations.

The company has a very strong team of developers across multiple tech-stacks building incredible tools that bring real results to our clients. We need an individual who can work closely with the clients to understand their needs and pain-points, and then work along with our development team to bring the solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of software projects tailored to the operational needs of our clients.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Liaise between clients and the development team to clearly communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to accurately translate business operations into effective software solutions.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Continuously evaluate and refine software tools and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in software development with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, demonstrating efficiency in handling complex data sets and performing advanced data manipulation.
• Solid experience with Postman for API development and testing.
• Proficient in SQL and knowledgeable in implementing and managing REST APIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage both client expectations and team dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with business owners and leaders in a software context.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
