Bilingual Call Center Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Call Center Representatives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and Spanish. This is a remote position based in Harrisburg, PA.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company's database
- Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous call center experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Education and Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of 1 year of call center experience is preferred.
Schedule
- 8 hour shift- between the hours of 7am-8 pm
- In-office training may be required
