The Assistant Manager supports the company goals by focusing on personal and professional accountability, customer service and work efficiency. Experience in retail sales preferred.Reliable transportation to and from work.Ability to communicate in English.Ability to assist to supervise, train, and perform all duties of customer service associate and assistant manager.Ability to work varying shifts based on business need.Ability to follow written and oral instructions pertaining to all policies and procedures of store operation..
Our company is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team of Assistant Managers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a leadership role, an aptitude for solving customer problems and will be willing to learn new techniques in customer service as well as other administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Set and carry out goals and objectives for the store.
- Coordinate with sales team members to develop sales plans.
- Control sales techniques and methods.
- Coordinate with outside organizations.
- Inform merchandising department of sales changes.
- Coordinate a store's operations.
- Analyze company data.
- Visit customers.
- Train employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
