Clark Nuber is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Data & Production Coordinator to take on a dynamic role within our team.
If you have a knack for logic-based workflows, process structuring, and meticulous documentation, you're the candidate we're seeking.
You'll be the frontline support for day-to-day issues, handling workflow hang-ups and documenting new templates and changes for our administrative staff.
Your role is crucial in independently collecting information, resolving problems, and collaborating with our team to communicate ongoing issues and improvements.
As our Data & Production Coordinator , you'll work closely with various levels of our organization, piecing together comprehensive documentation, and addressing data inconsistencies.
Your efforts will not only support our current growth but also shape our future in data management and technology. This is an ideal opportunity for those with a passion for data management or analytics who are looking to apply their skills to real-world processes within a CPA firm.
While technical prowess is a plus, what's crucial is the confidence to actively listen, communicate effectively, and fill in the gaps with logical solutions.

This role can be a hybrid or in-office schedule. However, during initial training you’ll need to be in the office more to get know the group and our processes.
Some essential job functions are but not limited to :
Education : Associate’s degree in Information Systems Management, Business, or related field; or a combination of education and directly related work experience.
Experience : 1 years of experience with progressively more responsible experience in data and process management. Knowledge of a professional services environment and accounting services industry preferred.
