Clark Logic is looking for a full-time experienced leasing coordinator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for commercial real estate.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of new leases, letters of intent (LOIs), proposals, and other contractual agreements.
• Prepare and distribute tenant notices in accordance with lease terms and company policies.
• Facilitate the execution of lease and contract documents, obtaining necessary signatures from both tenants and landlords.
• Establish and maintain organized tenant files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
• Enter relevant lease and tenant information into property management software systems with precision and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Two plus years of experience in lease administration specifically within the realm of commercial real estate development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is required.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
