Company DescriptionJob Description Responsible for assisting in the processes necessary to meet monthly internal and quarterly SEC reporting requirements.Responsible for general ledger accounting for three propertiesReview monthly budget to actual variance reports and prepare variance explanationsPrepare detailed quarterly and year end supporting work-papersExternal joint venture financial reportingPreparation of audited financial statements for joint venture partners and lendersDebt compliance; reserve drawsReconciliation of intercompany accountsFamiliarity with treatment of related party transactionsInterface with the company's external auditorsOversee the completion of ad-hoc reports and analyses as neededInterface with personnel throughout the company to maintain the proper flow of informationAssist in preparation of annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts Qualifications8 years of finance/accounting and systems related experienceBachelor’s DegreeLess than 10 years of related experience in a Fortune OrganizationExperience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, JD Edwards World and/or Microsoft NAV strongly preferredExperience with Oracle/Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, Kronos Time & Attendance and Ariba Procure-to-Pay preferredAdditional Information$90K plus bonus
