Clark Community Mental Health is Hiring a Director of Support Services Near Monett, MO
Job purpose
The Director of Support Services acts to ensure front office operations with reception functions, support staff and screeners.
Duties and responsibilities
- Supervise support staff and screeners
- Monitor performance of office workflow
- Maintain record retention requirements
- Run reports in EHR as needed
- Monitor data integrity in to E H R and required client databases
- To perform as back-up during Director of Administration leave time; to consist of monitoring billing, HIPAA Privacy Officer and member of Corporate Compliance Committee.
- Administrative duties such as payroll and Accounts Payable when necessary.
- Complete 0ther duties as required by the position and/or as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer
Qualifications
- Education – High School Diploma
- Specialized knowledge and Experience- Insurance billing and/or business operations
- Skills/Abilities- Organization. Effective oral and written communication.
Working conditions
General Conditions- Work is generally performed in office type settings where answering phone and using computers and other technology should be expected.
No special conditions apply.
Physical requirements
General Conditions- Job duties may require sitting or standing for long periods of time. Travel, with some trips requiring several hours in a vehicle, should be expected. Minor lifting and moving may be expected requiring ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
