WebstaurantStore, a division of Clark Associates, is looking for intermediate to mid-level candidates who possess strong organization, communication, and critical thinking skills to join our growing company as a Merchandise Coordinator.

This role focuses on accuracy and communication while maintaining product organization throughout a busy environment and is a key part of growing our business and serving the purchasing needs of foodservice professionals worldwide.

This is a full-time, in-person role.

As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will :

• Learn & use a proprietary inventory management system
• Be accurate through receiving, unpacking, labeling, assembling and staging samples
• Work closely with Photo, 3D, and Video departments
• Maintain the studio & warehouse space with strong attention to inventory
• Locate & prep all items on the weekly schedule
• Communicate with procurement & warehouses to assure stock style is correct
• Meet weekly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Logical approach to problem solving
• Communicate effectively both in-person and through written communication
• Demonstrate initiative and follow through with tasks
• Willingness to learn new skills, on the job training is provided
• Comfortable operating a pallet jack
• Ability to pull / push up to 150lbs
• Ability to lift / carry 50lbs
• Enjoys an active role
