Collections Representative Position

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years debt collection experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility for shifts between 8am-9pm, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Meet collection targets.
• Negotiate and manage payment arrangements.
• Document all account activities.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
