Clarity Homes is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our growing team! Location assignment will vary according to the needs of the company and hours will fluctuate with the seasons of the year and community needs.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective homeowners in model homes
• Assist in visitor registration process
• Answer phone calls and emails in a prompt and professional manor
• Maintain daily model home appearance
• Open and close the models and inventory homes
• Provide product and pricing information
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective buyers and sales team
• Assist sales team with events and administrative work

Qualifications:

• Ability to work primarily weekend hours (total hours to be approximately 30 hours per week)
• Flexible schedule
• Organized and indendepent
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional attitude, appearance and presentation
• Reliable transportation
• Cell phone & laptop
