Clarity Child Guidance Center is Hiring a Registered Nurse Full-Time Near San Antonio, TX
Shift: Days/Evenings, Monday-Friday
Please note: Clarity Child Guidance Center highly encourages all staff to receive the COVID vaccine. Those that choose to opt from taking the vaccine, will be required to fill out an exemption form and mask at all times while on campus.
KNOWLEDGE/EXP: BSN Preferred.4 Years' Experience, preferably in Psychiatric Setting. Basic computer and E.H.R. skills. Strong assessment skills, a must.
| Description: RNs are primarily responsible for the supervision of assigned units comprised of LVN and MHC staff. Responsibilities include documentation, staffing assignments, effective communication and collaboration with the clinical team to appropriately plan for patient care, providing leadership during crisis situations, implementation of physician orders, notifying of test results, etc. |
