Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Administer medication and monitor vital signs as necessary
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities
- Document individual progress and report any concerns or changes in behavior to the appropriate supervisor

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of first aid and basic medical procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with home care practices and protocols is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
