Position: Assembler

Pay: $17 /hr. starting with the opportunity to potentially earn more based on weekly production incentives.

Bonus: Potential to earn a 5% bonus based on the overall performance of the plant!

Shifts for the Assemblers:

• 2nd Shift
• 3rd Shift
• Weekend Shift: 11pm to 11am working 24 hours and getting paid for 32!
• Weekend Shift: 11am to 11pm working 24 hours and getting paid for 32!
• Plenty of Overtime offered as well!

Position Responsibilities of the Assembler:

• Adhere to all safety standards including the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, respirator).
• Learn how to perform all functions on assigned production machines, including controlling and adjusting machine settings, feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines.
• Verify product meets quality standards and keep records of approved and defective units.
• Clean equipment, tools, etc. and surrounding area between jobs to maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• You will be trained to grease and oil machines and perform minor repairs.
• You will be trained to perform preventive maintenance on machines.
• Prepare daily production, maintain records of production and time reports.

Qualifications of the Assembler:

• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast pace environment.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Must be able to work up to 12 hours and occasional overtime.

Experience for the Assemblers:
6 months of prior manufacturing experience, and recent working experience required

Other Backgrounds/titles we would also consider for this role: Machine Operator, Manufacturing, Production Associate, General Labor
