- Assess current business performance, identify gaps, and establish and implement improvement plans.
- Monitor progress and facilitate the sharing of best-in-class ideas and processes.
- Assure the implementation of Best Business Metrics and Practices across all areas.
- Encourage a culture of Continuous Improvement within the business area.
- Develop a vision/strategy and manage roadmaps to ensure execution.
- Identify gaps, create improvement plans, and conduct monthly OEX reviews with responsible plants.
- Connect projects and methodology to business strategies through gap analysis and other tools.
- Facilitate project selection, prioritization, and assignment, emphasizing breakthrough potential.
- Drive improvement teams and address barriers to project success.
- Collaborate with other Continuous Improvement Managers and support internal benchmarking.
- You must have a Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 5 years of experience as a leader in a manufacturing environment.
- Relevant experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Coaching and training capability (e.g., Lean, problem-solving, acceleration, and Gemba).
- 50% travel requirement.
